The
economic
rewards of
purpose |
|
|
Executives
who are purpose-driven, make a greater
impact.
Finding purpose is not an end in itself
- I assist my clients to find that
which drives them and align their
purpose for best effect to the profitability
of their company. |
|
Emboldening
through
strengthening
strengths |
|
|
Knowing
your strengths, what you do well,
empowers you to increase the rate
of your success.
I have found that by focusing on the
positive - the client’s talents, character
strengths and what makes them unique
has a deeply validating effect. This
approach provides a springboard from
which the need to develop other areas
naturally flows.
My focus is on solutions, not problems.

|
The
positive
effects of a
positive attitude |
|
|
I
draw on credible research on increasing
contentment and attitude - reinforced
by my own experience gained from working
with executives on a programme we
developed on “How to Thrive
in The Workplace”.
Adopting these positive practices
has significant impact - with changes
in happiness and attitude and the
effect that this positivity has on
others. Most importantly I have seen
how it impacts productivity and success!

|
Our
astonishing
growth potential |
|
|
In
my coaching sessions, I have seen
determined people develop new habits
and behaviours that have impacted
positively on them and their company.
Neurogenesis, has proven that anyone
can develop specific areas of their
brain - with new dendrites emerging
after just an hour of stimulation.
I assist my clients to physically
hardwire new habits and behaviours
through repeated activity and practice. |
|
The
energising
effect of
seeing progress |
|
|
Extensive
research has found that making progress
with work is what energises and motivates
people most - more so than incentives,
support or clear goals.
Together with my client we measure
the results of new actions taken which
enables them to evaluate the progress
they are making professionally. This
ongoing measurement of progress has
an energising effect and produces
long-lasting motivation. |
|
Clarity
is critical at the executive level
– I see how it directs the attention
and marshals the actions of others
- how a lack of clarity confuses people,
wastes effort and squanders opportunity.
I help executives gain ever greater
clarity. We use processes and criteria
to separate the essentials from the
non-essentials, to prioritise, so
that my clients make a higher contribution
towards the things that really matter.
|
|
Stepping
up to
the abilities
critical to success |
|
|
I
use a proprietary tool of competencies,
based on Stratified Systems Thinking.
This theory has been developed at
5+ levels to help identify a person’s
current level of functioning and what
expertise they need at the next level.
This tool provides us with a common
language to identify the business
competencies/abilities, critical to
achievement and growth and success. |
|
Action
through revisiting assumptions
and personal perspectives |
|
|
Clients
may have a limiting perspective or
belief that inhibits their ability
to achieve their goals.
Challenging and questioning personal
assumptions can help my clients gain
a totally different perspective and
help overcome the perceptions that
block them from acting.
This process of reframing liberates
thinking and opens new
possibilities for action. |
|
Accelerated
growth through
reflection |
|
|
The
growth process begins with insights
or new ideas, which are translated
into actions.
These actions are then reviewed, and
evaluated for what can be improved.
Through an active reflection approach
– from insight, into action,
to review, and evaluation, this is
a powerful way to incrementally increase
learning
and growth. |
